The Napa Valley Standard – Terms & Conditions

Age Requirement

All attendees must be 21 years of age or older. No one under 21 will be admitted — this includes infants, toddlers, and small children in carriers or strollers.
 Please be prepared to present a valid, government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, etc.) to verify your age at entry.


Alcohol Consumption

The Napa Valley Standard promotes responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages. If you believe you cannot safely operate a vehicle, please speak with an event representative. Our team is happy to assist you in arranging safe transportation to your destination.


Alcoholic Beverage Container Policy

No outside alcohol (open or unopened) may be brought into or removed from any event venue. This policy applies to all licensed event sites.


Credentials

Your event pass or credential must be worn and visible at all times. No exceptions will be made. Anyone without a proper credential will be escorted from the venue immediately.
The Napa Valley Standard will not replace lost or stolen passes.


Lost or Stolen Merchandise

The event is not responsible for and will not be held liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged property or merchandise.


Security

No one will be permitted to remove products, alcohol, or merchandise from event venues without valid event credentials.


Ticket Policy

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets may not be exchanged or resold.

In the event of a cancellation without a rescheduled date, a full refund will be issued automatically to the credit card used for purchase.


By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms. Please confirm all event details (title, date, time, location) before completing your purchase.


Right to Use Name, Voice, Image & Likeness

By attending The Napa Valley Standard, you grant The Napa Valley Standard and its affiliates, licensees, and partners the irrevocable, perpetual right to record, photograph, or otherwise capture your name, voice, image, and likeness ("Materials") and to use such Materials, in any and all media now known or later developed, for promotional, marketing, or other lawful purposes.

The Napa Valley Standard is the sole owner of all rights, including copyrights, in these Materials. You waive any right to review or approve the use of such Materials and release The Napa Valley Standard and its affiliates from any and all claims related to their use.


Expected Behavior

All attendees are expected to act with courtesy, respect, and professionalism.
 Please:

  • Be mindful of your surroundings and those around you.
  • Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior or speech.
  • Follow directions from Festival staff at all times, including operational or emergency procedures.
  • Wear your wristband and/or credential visibly at all times while on site.


Unacceptable Behavior

Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated — whether by attendees, media, speakers, volunteers, partners, staff, or exhibitors.

Anyone engaging in such behavior may be removed without warning or refund, at the discretion of event organizers. Local law enforcement may be contacted if appropriate.

Examples of unacceptable behavior include, but are not limited to:

  1. Intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory, or demeaning conduct.
  2. Physical or verbal abuse, threats, or harassment of any kind.
  3. Possession of weapons or items that could be used to threaten or harm others.
  4. Destruction, vandalism, or tampering with personal or event property.
  5. Lewd, offensive, or obscene language or gestures, including racial, religious, or ethnic slurs.
  6. Possession or consumption of alcohol outside of designated areas, or intoxication that endangers yourself or others.
  7. Possession or use of illegal substances.
  8. Smoking outside of designated areas.
  9. Disturbing the peace or engaging in unlawful activity.
  10. Any other illegal or disruptive behavior not listed above.


The Napa Valley Standard reserves the right to refuse admission, eject, or deny re-entry to any individual not complying with these Terms & Conditions.
